All purchases may be transferred to someone else, or used for another class (plus materials and services).
You may cancel for a partial refund up to 14 days before the first scheduled class.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the first class are non-refundable, as materials and space are reserved in advance.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
If you can’t attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member at no charge. (Please notify us in advance so we can update our roster.)
If we need to adjust the final schedule or location and it no longer works for you, you may transfer the credit, or request a full refund.
